Surprising enough, some of our customers stated they had quotes from other A/C companies ranging from $9,000 to $12,000 on premium systems.

And with Metals SO - HIGH and Efficiency now is the WORD and the LAW, we are doing our part in rolling back prices by doing VOLUME. Don't become part of a DEMAND MARKET, save up and lets get your system upgraded before it conks-out.

Now don't worry that your about to deal with some HUGE Corporation that thinks your just a service order number. No your not. We are  a Family Owned and Operated Business that has earned our wings to get the same discounts as the
Corporate Giants who could care less about your installation and who probably pay more attention to their Legal Staff when something goes wrong rather than focusing on getting it right the first time!

Now that we are introduced, let's talk about your new system and it's components. Your choices to set up a good system may include the following: a Gas or Electric Heater with the blower section built in, an Evaporator Coil that mounts next to the outbound air of the Heater, a Filtration system that attaches to the inbound air of the Heater, and a Condenser or Heat-Pump Unit located outside. A site visit will be in order to determine the existing conditions of the equipment locations, effectiveness of your existing ducting system, and the usability of the refrigerant lines that run from your Evaporator Coil to your out door Unit.

In the past we have found that 1 out of  7 houses must have some changes in order to get the most benefit out of your New System. So, for the most part chances are you should be fine - most problems would be ie: Ducting falling apart, or a Refrigerant line set that is now too small to re-use.

Other-wise we should be able to look over your situation one day - make suggestions -  and be capable to complete your system installation in one full day.

Other Options you may consider are the type of filtration you desire. We recommend a filter base that can be used for a changed once a year type pleated filter set up,  that can also be easily up-graded to the electrostatic type filtration by purchasing the added inserts and adding the control wire to your Heater control board that we could happily do at a later time. When choosing to update to the electrostatic filtration later we suggest that you install a Variable speed Heater as it will blow 24 hours a day in a coast mode that saves lot's of energy and allows you to get full value of continued
refreshed air across the electronic filter.

One other option to consider is a Humidifier System. Although not so popular in North Texas, some may find the need to run a higher humidity in the winter months due to Health Conditions, Preservation of Fine Antiques, or the need to keep tabled Cigars at the proper moisture level prior to incineration.

Other than the above options we have spoke of, the rest we have not spoke of are efficiencies. 13 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating  (SEER) is the minimum, you can go as high as 19 for now. The reasonable pricing stops at 14 SEER. Above 15 and above you will need 2 speed Compressors, Variable speed indoor blowers and an up-graded Thermostat to run the equipment.
