A Anderson Electric Heating and Air Conditioning Service does offer Free Estimates and Free Second Opinions to our customers! All we ask is that you work with us on the timing that we can direct a Technician to your site in between jobs over the next few days. Other wise we can schedule you a more convenient time slot usually between 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM Monday though Sunday, for just a Minimum Service Fee of  $49.00.  

Also...with most of the smaller projects you may be facing we can give you an exact estimate over the phone by knowing 
a few details in advance like - your panel box location, if you have a single story or two stories above the work area, if its 
going to be work on a wall that is an interior or exterior wall, and if you have a crawl space under your house to name a few. 
We have probably worked a job similar in scope and can price that right over the phone. 

Another way for you to get a Quick and Free Quote is to fax, mail or e-mail us a diagram or print of the proposed project you have in mind. For our Residential Customers, we also receive REAL-ESTATE INSPECTION REPORTS sent to us several times a month to quote Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning deficiencies and or to get our comments on what is really important to an existing home buyer or seller. 

If your inspection report requests you contact a Licensed Electrical, Heating or Air Conditioning Company to verify if a problem exists we can re-evaluate the conditions by making a service call to your property - the cost for this on site service is $97.00 for the Electric Service and One Panel Board and it's Branch Circuit Wiring consisting of about 15 - 40 circuits and $79.00 for each Additional Panel Boards of 15 - 40 circuits in size. 

Heating and Cooling system can also be inspected for $69.00 for the first system and $49.00 for each additional system on that site we check. Normal hourly rates will be in effect, see our tab on "1- Hour Service" if you have a Geo-Thermo or  Chiller type Residential System. 

One last thing regarding a FREE ESTIMATES - We cannot come out for free to figure out why your plugs and lights are not working. This is TROUBLESHOOTING, not a free estimate. see our tab on 1-Hour Service for more information.
